Diet Diary November 9 – 2009 My Life Style Changes

5 AM 2 coffees no sugar.
Morning  weigh in 221   I partied yesterday for my wife’s birthday.
Breakfast   A poached egg on toast,  1/2 a banana, 6 stewed prunes, a small glass of milk.
I walked a mile at 11:30 AM.
Lunch          A cup of  home made chicken soup  That’s it.

I usually make several entries a day to this diary.  It’s a work in progress.
Up at 5AM two cups of coffee no sugar.  Weighed in at 225.5 pounds.
Breakfast 1 scrambled egg, one English muffin, 6 stewed prunes, and a small glass of milk. I will be drinking green tea all day.
