I have moved the Diet/lifestyle/diary section and it will be here from now on.
I have been locked in at 222 pounds with a 22 BMI for several days. I continue to hold my caloric intake to 1500 calories a day. I am extremely busy with the business right now with it being the holiday season. I am also preparing to film in the Florida Everglades for the entire month of January 2010.
This week have also set up the free community tractor program to supply free farm tractors to villagers in under developed areas.
