5 AM 2 coffees no sugar.

Weighted in at 219.5

Breakfast     A dish of instant oatmeal, six stewed prunes, 1/2 a banana and a small glass of milk.

Lunch      A cup of tomato soup, a small crab meat sandwich, a small dish of fruit cocktail, a small glass of milk.

Dinner     A diet chicken and rice dinner, a small dish of spinach, one small cookie, a small glass of milk.

Worked on movie all day.
