Breakfast    A bowl of instant oatmeal, stewed prunes, a small glass of milk.

Lunch    A cup of baked beans, a small piece of cake, and a small glass of milk

Dinner    Orange Sesame chicken dinner and a dish of light ice cream, a small glass of milk.
