
5AM 2 coffees no sugar
Breakfast A bowl of oatmeal and 1/2 a banana, a small glass of skim milk, always skim milk.
Dinner I went off the diet for the day and had a huge and very enjoyable home made turkey dinner. That was it for the rest of the day. I will resume my program tomorrow.
