
Up at 4 am this morning probably due to setting the clocks back last night. 2 coffees with no sugar as usual.
I weighed in at 221.5 this morning. I was very good last night and didn’t eat a single piece of candy, not even chocolate!
Breakfast Poached egg on English Muffin, stewed prunes, 1/2 a banana and a small glass of milk.
I have been drinking a lot of green tea every day and now am trying the blueberry tea for a change. It is very good.
Lunch A cup of home made barley soup.
Dinner A small plate of grilled beef and lamb, with some southwest mixed corn, fresh broccoli, and Yoplait yogurt for dessert. We are talking very small portions here. Total calories for the day under 1500.
I am also snacking on prunes every day too, but am very careful not to exceed 1500 calories a day. Normal calories for me are 2000 a day according to the books. So at only 1500 it is easy to see why I am steadily losing weight and feeling better all the time.
