5 AM 2 coffees no sugar.

weighed in at 221

Breakfast   oatmeal, 1/2 a banana, 6 prunes and a small glass of milk.

Lunch    A seafood salad sandwich , a fruit cocktail and a glass of milk.

Dinner    A very small chicken dinner with frozen corn, some yam, a small low fat milk, a small Yoplait yogurt
