Today is Veteran’s Day, and I am thinking about all of the young people I served with during the Korean war. God bless them all, and all the other Veteran’s.
Breakfast An English muffin, a dish of fruit cocktail with some yogurt on it, and a small glass of milk.
Lunch A seafood salad sandwich and a glass of milk.
Dinner A small frozen diet chicken dinner, a slice of wheat bread and jelly, and a glass of milk.
