5 AM 2 coffees no sugar.
Weighed in at 219.5
Breakfast A bowl of instant oat meal, six stewed prunes, a small glass of milk.
Lunch Six Ritz crackers with fresh ground peanut butter, a glass of skim milk.
Dinner Creamed Codfish, a small glass of milk, and a small cookie.
Please remember the program. 1500 AND FIT
No Alcohol, No Sugar, No fatty foods, low salt, drink a lot of water, or green tea, no junk food period. Keep calorie intake under 1500 a day, and walk at least 30 minutes a day if possible.
I’ll be in Florida for the entire month of January, and usually lose a lot of weight when I am out filming. I will be shooting the exteriors for a full length film in, and around the Everglades, and Naples, Florida.
Starting in May I will be filming in the Blackstone River Vally for at least a month doing exteriors for a full length film.
