Diet Diary October 17 2009

Up at 5 AM and 2 cups of coffee no sugar as usual.

My morning weigh in was 222.5 pounds

My annual physical is November 11 and I’m hoping to go in there 32 pounds lighter than last November 11.  My doctor is really going to be surprised!  I have been telling that I would lose weight for years, and of course i just kept getting heavier every year.   It is such a simple uncomplicated diet, and you save a ton of money in the process.

No alcohol, no sugar, no greasy oily fast foods, keep your calorie intake under 1500 a day and drink a lot of fluids with no sugar in them.  Green tea is terrific and you should read all the benefits of ordinary green tea on the Internet.

Breakfast    A Hot bowl of oatmeal, 1/2 a banana,  5 stewed prunes and a glass of milk.    I am really feeling great!

Lunch         A small container of diet ice cream,  That’s it.

Dinner       A diet dinner of Lemon Grass Chicken 240 calories , a glass of milk, a packaged cup of fruit cocktail.  It has been a very low calorie day for me to day.  We were away all day so it was a no green tea day.  I may brew some tonight
