I weighed in at 224 this morning, and I have no idea why except for water retention as I was very careful over the weekend.
Well it is my weight at the end of this week that really counts. I’ll be really careful. It poured rain this weekend, and I didn’t get a chance to walk. I’m not looking forward to the cold weather.
LunchSix Ritz crackers with peanut butter , a diet yogurt, and a lot of green tea all day.
DinnerA small Frozen dinner of chicken and rice, a small salad, a small dish of spinach, 2 small oatmeal cookies, a small glass of milk.
