
5 AM two coffees no sugar.
Breakfast a whole wheat English muffin, 1/2 a banana, 5 stewed prunes and a small glass of milk.
Lunch 5 Ritz crackers with peanut butter, two small cookies, a small glass of milk.
Yesterday afternoon we took time off and went Hiking for miles in the Fort Wildlife refuge nearby. I tool over a hundred still shots of wild mushrooms and other fungus. It was very mild and we had a great time. We found a very rare American Chestnut Tree. They were killed of by a blight nearly 100 years ago , but are making a comeback. I brought some home to plant.
Weighed in at 223 pounds. I’m bouncing up and down a couple of pounds this week. I hit some kind of plateau in spite of walking for miles and dieting, but I’m sure that within a week I will drop below 220. I’d be happy with a pound a week. I think I can make that happen with no big problem. I expected my rate of weight loss to slow down anyway.
I’m making TV commercials all day today, but will take a photo hike to film more mushrooms etc. If you know anyone that is looking to start a very profitable business on their own, these commercials are about the high rate of profit on frozen lemonade machines, soft ice cream machines and milk shake machines. The profits run from 75% t0 125% I should finish the commercials in a few days. I have to fit my walking into my daily schedule too. A start up in this business is very low compared to others and there are no franchise fees. The distributor can supply all of the ingredients too. I’m interersted my self as we are always looking for investments.
