5 AM Two coffees as usual, no sugar.
I’m very busy making internet advertising videos for small businesses.

Breakfast  English muffin with a poached egg on it, dish of six stewed  prunes , 1/2 a banana, and a small glass of milk.

The prunes really are good for you and they help to keep your system clear and functioning properly.  Drink plenty of fluids. snack on fresh fruit.   I also take a strong vitamin pill  and flax seed oil  every morning.

Lunch A bowl of Chicken Soup and Green Tea.

Dinner A cup of clam chowder, a piece of fish,  2 small stuffed quahogs (Thick shelled clam native to RI) a small fruit cup and a glass of milk.
