5 AM two coffees with no sugar.

Every morning I always take a full strength aspirin and a table spoon of Flax seed Oil.  I have to say the since I started taking Flax seed Oil a lot of aches and pains have just disappeared within weeks of starting that program several years ago.  This is especially true of my right hip which used to feel like someone it it with a sledge hammer when I woke up in the morning. Now it never bothers me.  I discovered the benefits of Flax seed oil on the Internet.  It is even included in a well known cancer diet.  You really should read this report.  http://www.umm.edu/altmed/articles/flaxseed-oil-000304.htm I do not sell this product.  We purchase our fresh refrigerated Flax seed Oil at a natural food store.  If you have a medical condition you should consult a doctor if you are concerned.  Side effects are discussed in the report.  Personally, i feel much better since I started taking a tablespoon a day.  Don’t take it at the same time that you take any meds.  If you are on meds, consult a doctor.  It may slow down absorption of the meds.  You will probably have to take it several hours after taking your meds, if at all.  Ask your doctor!

Breakfast  Hot oatmeal, 1/2 a banana,  5  stewed prunes,  small glass of milk.

Lunch A cup of chicken soup. 1/2 a small white meat chicken sandwich, a small glass of milk, a small oatmeal cookie.

Dinner A medium size hamburger, 1/2 cup of baked beans, a small glass of milk.  One small oatmeal cookie.
