5 AM 2 coffees no sugar, as usual.

Weighed in at 222.5  so I held steady for the weekend.

Breakfast  A poached egg on toast, six prunes, 1/2 a banana and that’s it.

Lunch A cup of home made fish chowder, and a small container of Yoplait yogurt.

Dinner A diet chicken dinner, a small glass of milk and a dish of home made apple sauce.

Please note that this is my personal daily diet,  and I’m just sharing it.  I am not pushing it.  It really isn’t a diet anyway.  It’s more like a new way of life for me because if I go off this plan I made for my self I will put all the weight back on.  So I am using the word diet to mean “A way of life.”
