
5 AM No coffee fasting for lab.
Weighed in at 222 again.
7 AM Off to the lab this morning for annual physical blood work. It should be interesting.
Breakfast 2 coffees, a blueberry muffin, 6 stewed prunes.
Lunch An imitation lobster sandwich wrap. a cup of green tea.
Dinner A Salisbury steak with asparagus frozen dinner. (Under 300 calories)and a fruit cup for desert. a small glass of milk.
