2 coffees no sugar

Weighed in again at 222.  A temporary plateau.

Breakfast   A bowl of hot oatmeal, 1/2 banana and a glass  of milk.  I now take my flaxseed oil with lunch as it might have been interfering with my blood pressure meds I take with my breakfast.  I’m not taking any chances.  After I lose the next 20 pounds I might be able to get off the meds for high blood pressure.

Lunch 1/2 a cup of baked beans and a small yoplait yogurt.        Green Tea all day.

Dinner A Stouffer’s diet chicken dinner under 300 calories,  a small glass of milk,  a slice of whole wheat bread with Jelly for desert.
