Diet Diary October 29 2009

2 coffees at 5 AM as usual  No sugar.

I weighed in at 221 easily this morning. I am hoping for 219 by Sunday.  That will be a major step in my weight loss program.  I have lost 23 pounds since Jan 1 and 14.5 of it was lost in the past 30 days since I changed my diet to the one  I am on now.  I am definitely keeping my caloric intake under 1500 calories a day.

No Alcohol, No Sugar, No fatty foods, low salt, drink a lot of water or green tea, no junk food period.  It works for me.

Breakfast, Hot oatmeal,  1/2 a banana, six stewed prunes, small glass of milk.  The new oatmeal has cranberry and pomegranate in it and is delicious! Don’t be surprised if I have it several days in a row.

Lunch A bowl of soup, and a glass of milk. no dessert

Dinner A very small sampler dish of chicken, yam, white potato, and fresh asparagus.  All fresh.  A dish of homemade applesauce, A small glass of milk.

    I’ve lost 10 lbs in 2 months just cutting out suger in my coffee. I also don’t drink or eat too much bad foods.
