Diet Diary October 31 2009 My Life Style Changes

By admin | Oct 31, 2009

Up at 5 AM as usual with 2 coffees and no sugar.

The morning weigh in was 221.5 pounds.  I was hoping for 219 by tomorrow but do not see the possibility of that happening.  I’ll shoot for next Tuesday.  I’ll make it happen!

Breakfast    A bowl of home made oatmeal with raisins in it, a dish of fruit salad, a glass of milk.  I’m drinking Blueberry tea this morning.  I’m saving a ton of money between the food bill and the no booze bill!  Now that’s what I call a bonus!

Lunch An imitation lobster wrap with avocado in spinach leaves.  A small glass of milk.

Dinner   A small piece of cod fish with crab stuffing, a small piece of sweet potato, 1/2 a white potato, a cup of stewed tomatos with a teaspoon of Gouda cheese in it, and a small dish of apple sauce with a small scoop  of low fat ice cream.  Very small portions.

I spent the entire day in my work shop yesterday building a Solar powered Steam pump for Cambodia.  We are helping farmers world-wide to learn how to irrigate their fields and pump clean drinking water out of the ground by using free solar energy, and an inexpensive pump that I invented 35 years ago and it was basically ignored.  I am adding a photos to the post this morning.  We are setting up for mass production now.  I have also completed about 80% of the solar boiler to make the steam.  It also doubles as a solar oven to cook in, another bonus!
