Morning weigh in 225 pounds A pleasant surprise after hitting a wall yesterday.

So Far I have had two cups of coffee no sugar as usual, and a dish of hot prunes.

Breakfast October 6 2009 I had a poached egg on an English muffin, and a small glass of milk

Also a pot of green tea every day.

Lunch October 6 2009 One cup of soup, one slice of home made wheat bread, one cup of fruit salad. We then drove to Putgatory Chasam in Massachusetts and, walked at least two miles and shot a film which I will post soon. I have dropped a pants size from 42 to 40 waist. Not too shabby since Starting on September 23.

Dinner October 6 2009 Frozen dinner Shrimp Lomain, 1 slice of corn bread, small glass of milk, and apple sauce for desert.

I’m hoping someone will take my 3 or 7 day challenge and write to me about it. All names will be withheld.

The Internet is riddled with calorie charts. Most people seem to have the same eating patterns. Just look up your intake and compare it to your actual eating habits. Calories are shown in servings, as most people should already know. Only do this if you are interested feeling better ands living longer.
