Diet Diary October 7, 2009

By admin | Oct 7, 2009

Up at 5 AM and working. Two cups of coffee no sugar as usual every morning at 5 AM. I am personally very happy with the weight loss program that I have designed for myself. The best part is that I am actually saving money with my program, and am freely sharing it with everyone. I have lost 11 pounds and am feeling so much better and sleeping so much better it is unbelievable for such a small weight loss! Today I will post some challenges on this page and on facebook. I hope that if you are really feeling overweight that you will read them and at least try them. I’m looking to lose 50 more pounds over the next year. Yesterday we drove to Sutton, Massachusetts which is about 22 miles from our home and we hiked at least two mile over some very rough terrain in Purgatory Chasm State Reservation. There are 75 miles of hiking trails there and we are definitely going back. This hiking is a big plus for my weight loss program. I also made a film and posted it on my you tube site (Chinadepot).

Breakfast October 7 2009

A bowl of Raisen Bran with cut banana’s on it, a half of a small bagel with some cream cheese and strawberry jam on it. A dish of 5 stewed prunes heated. A small glass of milk, and I have taken a large cup of green tea back up to my office to sip on while I work. I drink at least a pot of green tea a day. It kills my appetite. Read about all of the benefits of green tea on the Internet. You don’t see very many overweight Chinese people. There are also huge anticancer benefits. It’s a proven fact the green tea kills certain types of cancer cells. I’ll be working and sipping tea until lunch now. My energy levels a very high this morning. Please tell your friends about this blog. It could change their lives!

It has finally stopped raining this morning at 11:00 Am and I will now take a break and do my 2.5 hike in Lincoln Woods State park where I live. I took my walk, 2.5 miles in 55 minutes which is a good time for me.

Lunch October 7 2009 A small bowl of freshly stewed Apples, a very small piece of home made corn bread, 4 Ritz crackers with some peanut butter, and a cup of green tea – as usual. I will sip tea all afternoon. I feel great after that walk!

Dinner October 7 2009 A frozen diet diner of chicken, rice, and steamed vegetables. A small glass of milk, a small scoop of low calorie ice cream. I find these frozen dinners to be inexpensive and excellent. They are a great way to control your calorie intake and they are a far cry from the old days.

Well, we’ll see what tomorrow brings.

Tomorrow I will discuss how I take a tough mental attitude toward losing weight. It worked for me.
