5 Am  2 coffees no sugar.

Breakfast  One fried egg And five small Rhode Island Johnny Cakes, six stewed prunes and a small glass of milk.

Lunch   a cup of turkey soup and a slice of bread.

Dinner   Sesame chicken diet dinner, small glass of milk, a small scoop of light ice cream.
