
If you wish to test your resolve to lose weight the take the 10 day challenge. Results are almost guaranteed if you stick to it. You have to be really serious about losing weight to make it. If you have a health problem ask your doctor first.
Walt’s 10 day challenge.
No Alcohol, No sugar, very low Salt, no fatty, or greasy foods, maximum 1500 calories a day, eat more fruit, walk as often as you can, three hours a week is great. Drink plenty of water, or green tea. Keep things moving through your digestive system daily.
