1500 and Fit

I have been extremely busy making commercials and dealing with customers.  However,  I am still stuck at 222 pounds and still maintaining 1500 calories, or less per day.  I’m just not getting enough exercise.  I’ll make up for it in Florida during the month of January.

Up at 5 AM  2 coffees no sugar as usual.

I weighed in at 222 pounds.  I’ve stuck here for a while, but I’ll be walking miles everyday while filming in The Everglades next month.  I hope to lose 10 pounds in Florida.  I’m holfing at 1500 calories or less per day, but the weight is not dropping off as quickly as before.  I may also have to cut my calorie intake more.  I don’t have a lot of time to exercise right now.

Breakfast   An egg and some fritters, a small glass of milk, and 1/2 a banana.

Lunch,   A small toasted  ham sandwich, and a small milk.  A small yogurt.

Dinner   A small chicken dinner, a small glass of milk, a small dish of homemade bread pudding.    I’m under 1500 calories for the day.

Well I lost yesterday’s page again. We’ll start fresh this morning.  The main thing is that I cam not exceeding 1500 calories a day, and still not getting enough exercise.

2 coffees no sugar, as usual.

I weighed in at 221.5   this morning.  I need more exercise!

Breakfast   oatmeal, 1/2 a banana,  a small glass of milk

Lunch        A small meatball, and a slice of bread, a small yogurt

Dinner        A Small chicken dinner.

We lost yesterday Dec 2. I don’t know where it went I know I posted it and I can’t do it over now. WordPress is acting strange

5 AM  2 coffees no sugar

Breakfast   A poached egg on an  English muffin and some fresh cantaloupe, a small glass of milk.

Lunch      A small grilled cheese and onion sandwich, and a small glass of milk.

Dinner      Stuffed scrod, rice pilaf, squash, broccoli,  fruit yogurt, 1 ginger snap.  Total daily food intake under 1500 calories.
